new hitch knot, works in the wet!!

Was climbing this afternoon, and before i went up i was messing with my hitch as i was sick of it getting tight whenever it got damp..

 

Was playing around with a few things and came up with this, not sure if it looks like anything already out there (if not it is now the grimble hitch hahaha), but up in the tree in the rain it was ace, no tightening, no slipping, just a nice easy hitch to use with my hitch climber

 

anyway just thought i'd share..

 

ps how do i copyright if it is an original:confused1:

Dont think there is alot of money in knot creation. Haha.

 

Anyways, you have just posted clear pictures of it on the internet, I have now stolen the knot, photographed my creation for copywrite purposes and am now in talks with certain companies about a CE climbing kit using this knot specifically designed for wet days, its kinda like the facebook theft of the knot world. Sorry.

 

It is now the Grumble Hitch. Haha.
