I get what you're saying Tom but for me it's all about getting a maximum return in terms of recovery for effort put in to work and training, allowing me go harder for longer.

They all stress no side affects etc but who knows long term.

Sorry- I dont know what that means:blushing:

Are these bodybuilding things then?:confused1:

I wasnt saying anything lol- i genuinely dont know what the hell you lot are on about

Yes mate, they're aimed mostly at building muscle, but they have the added benefit of working on different energy systems at the same time, so they help improve recovery from endurance exercise as well, basically whatever you do they put your body in an anabolic state through natural stimulation of hormones etc so you recover fully and more quickly-as I understand it anyway:blushing:

Don't forget how much money is in the supplements industry. That's all they are is supplements and MAY help build muscle.

If it's recovery you need help with look at Lucine it's cheap as, and Glutamine prior to your workout with a black coffee. Coffee, I have been told, helps your body burn fat when you exercise.

Don't forget to take a break from supplements!

Good protein powder, creatine ,glutamine and branch chain amino acids

anything outside that and it probably has hardly any benefit.

Altho lately I've had no suppliment and seriously dropped my calorie intake...after a month my strength has actually shot up

pressed 15ft long by roughly 10inch thick bit of pine tree above head for 6 good reps today haha.

220kg squat and you don't compete?

Ever Considered powerlifting sounds like you have a knack! 220kg is no joke
