short question, could you be prosecuted for driving on fc land for no insurance, even though the police checked and found my car totally roadworthy ,no gates no signs .

Glad you got it insured

the car has full insurance, mot, and tax

The way i read your first post is the car was road worthy. No mention of legal and the police are looking into prosecuting you ?

....no gates no signs .

I am curious to the relevance of the last bit of your first post? Also are we talking about driving on a 'road' or 'off-road'?

if the car was fully insured, taxed etc, its illegal to drive on fc roads, wether theres signs there or not, as the roads are used and maintained by the forsetry commision. they can also take the car off you..:sneaky2:
