How about looking at the craft market? What I mean is selling seasoned blanks for things like walking sticks, coat racks etc. I know of a guy selling 5 hazel blanks for walking sticks, seasoned and straight for around £30 a go!

just a tip jammydodger, when stacking your firewood in coppice areas, , a old friend of mine from the lakes bill holgarth, had hundreds of uses for coppiced wood,,,from walking sticks to ,spars to hurdles to,,,whistles,,,,I make all sorts and the after 20 odd yrs am still making new stuff,,,will post some pics when I can

sorry half post disapeared,,,when stacking your firewood, put two hefty pieces the other way first,this keeps the pile off the floor,and rots less,,,

only limit for uses from coppice stuff is your imagination you can make all sorts to sell some of the old guys i learnt from said they hardly use to have enough wood to boil the kettle use to make bean poles pea stick faggot bissom brooms allsorts
