Clutch spring.

Hi the clutch spring on my husky 142e has snapped. I'm struggling to find a replacement. Does anyone know if the chain from a 162 would do the job?

Also is there anything that might have caused the breakage or is it just wear and tear?

Clutch springs will break through normal wear and tear. Replacement springs are readily available through Husqvarna dealers, use the correct ones for your model saw.

It is a very common clutch used on a bunch of other consumer grade saws.

Should not be to hard to find, I think all dealer would be able to get it if they don't have.
