buying in wood for logs

Hi all,

This has been my first season selling logs and with the weather we've had this winter demand has far out stripped supply, so i'm after imformation on buying in hard wood which i can cut and split and therefore give myself a head start.

If anyone can advise me on the pro's and cons and the likely delivery costs

and if anyone knows of suppliers and shippers in kent/east sussex area.

hope your sitting down ,you could be paying £60+vat a ton deliverd

& it could be more if demand keeps increasing

HI PICKER mate there chap nr us saleing logs new cowboy:thumbdown: cutting with axe £80 for 2.5 sqmt load he pays £55 a ton for cord must be :lol: all the best jon
