Not mash, you just want to dice the potatoes, carrots and corned beer, add beef stock (enough to cover the veg and meat) and finely copped onions, season as required, boil until the the potatoes are cooked :thumbup:

I was told you layer it. I do a layer of corned beef then sliced potatos (boiled before layering) then a layer of onion do this a couple of times . Finish with potato on top and cover in cheese then pour some beef gravy all over. In the oven for 20 mins job done!

I don't really like corned beef but I must admit to salivating a bit over the stew version. I might give that a go to see if my childhood dislike of CB has gone!
