Why, thats like saying he wouldnt sell you a 390 because you have used a 880 before? Rediculous. Dealer dribble, yet again!

They are different saws for different jobs end of!

P.S, I do realise the guy who started the thread wanted one now his 020s are now worn out, but perhaps he is going to be dissappointed too:sneaky2:

LOL i still plan to run 020 i think they are great little saws but as 2 are due for replacement and i have seen some local guys using them i thought i would give them a try .

I realise they are under the power of the 020 biut doesn't make them a bad saw .

They are excellent saws, and are more than capable as a light pruning saw.

Mine is however modded and as Richard says, will almost pull as well as a stock 200.

It is 5 or 6 years old now, was opened up at about 18 months old and has never let me down. It has not had an easy life, in fact its more used than the 200s.

Not bad for a hobby saw!

I think that stihl are missing the point

They would more than likely sell more saws Because they are used for different jobs

It is nice to have a light weight saw for pruning jobs and a 200t for dismantles

We are all in the EEC why sell in France but not the UK
