I think, with the weather you fellas have got at the moment, no boot is going to be warm. I worked in North Wales for two and half years and the only time my feet were warm was when they were welded to the radiator when I got home brrrrrr.

Last year i got some thermal insoles and ski socks - you can buy heated insoles and heated socks - run off a battery - a lad out in stockholm got frost nip on his toes a few weeks back...

When I first got them i did but after that I didn't really. Mine let in water as a small section of the Rand peeled away. Now it's roasting hot I'm normally climbing in my salewa boots.

at the moment im using elton hydrofells. horrible climbing boots. needing something better. been suggested to buy meindls but i also like the sound of klima airs? any other suggestions folks thatd be great
