Thanks for the comments chaps.

MR Central....The canvas is 10 by 10 inches and cost me about 35 squids as is top quality canvas, wooden frame, posh ink materials etc. If you want the details of how to get a canvas done I can dig up the details for you (there are cheaper canvas makers). If you are my first customer and want to buy a copy of my leaf canvas, I'm sure something can be worked out:001_smile:

Heres a few of my winter fungal finds. The first is from today, is it spring already? I think the orange one is Flamulina velutipes and the last is a Trametes ....maybe versicolor.

I would appreciate an ID on the second last with the snow on top

Blimey!!! Mr Central, nearly choked on my Shiraz.

Thats a big compliment for my humble sycamore leaf. There's so many good pics on Arbtalk and the internet generally. I would never imagine that one half decent picky could be worth much except by a few niche sales. When Hama said it might sell, I imagined craft fairs and thought.. been there done that (with my metal work).

So would you suggest that I get trawling my wee leaf canvas around the poster companies?

Thanks for the advice Mr Central.

It seems like a cloak and dagger world of image copyright thievery out there. I was slowly building a bit of a folio to do some more canvases to eventually put up for sale in a cafe somewhere which is why I posted a pic of the canvas and not the actual pic.

It took quite a bit of figuring out how to do it so I didn't want to give it away too easily, but thought my fellow tree people might like it. I don't fully understand what you mean about the sending to yourself bit, but do get that some copyright protection might be needed for this.

I will google a bit about this and maybe drop you a pm when I think I have a handle on this thing. Thanks for the kick up the rear as I wouldn't get around to it otherwise:001_smile:

Edit; and thanks for the poetic description bit, thats nice ta v much. I don't read those things into it myself, but I like it, as it kinda gives it a bit of meaning.
