Does any one get through a Dragonfly harness like myself and my crew. We do a lot of climbing, running four kits and two rescue kits all with a Dragonfly harness. I replace the bridge often because of wear on the conection point to the shackle. Our LOLER guy (who is sound) pulled one appart breaking stiching on webbing ect on a harness that was three years old.:confused1:

If its used hard and constantly and lasts 3 years, its dosen't owe you much.

How is your storage? after all, your harness doesn't have to go through any more than you do when you are wearing it.

It it stored wet on a kit bag, or chucked amonst the tools in the back of a pickup, or crushed underneath other stuff in a foolwell?

Do they ever go for a spin in the washing machine.

Great harness though, had mine for (too many) years.

In general i find them to be fairly solid. I've been having problems with the bridge were it attaches to the shackles, the rubbery sheath bits keep sliding out of possition on the newer versions.

Mine does that,I like the harness, but the bridge connections dont fill me with confidence,& the rings could do with being a fraction larger.
