NPTC Tree Planting Course??

Hi Guys

Anyone know of a training provider who does the NPTC Tree Planting course. Ideas of cost and /or their details would be great.

best to contact a local assessor who can assess you for AO1 and AO2, is it for the RFS cert arb?. when you find the right person get them to go through a provider(most are anyway) so that you can get the cert. Local agricultural colleges often can advise also. Hope that helps. I did it with the most experienced assessor here in cornwall. Good luck

Did you assessor tell you that, if so, my money is on your assessor being Pip. Go on, was it, was it?

Yep you're right, but it is true in Cornwall he is the assessor with the ability to assess more NPTC tickets than anyone else. I know what your thinking but I've known him for years and he helped me out on that one.

 

By the way it was with Kensey not Lyner as i am in mid Cornwall

Pip did most of my original CS assessments, and also did my training and evaluation when I became an instructor, so I have heard the speal a few times the man is a legend.

I'm based in West Kent and like others I'm finding it difficult finding a local AO1 course. I'm prepared to travel within reason. Anyone got any leads/ideas?

I tried to organise thise course last year and had about 7 people on here wanting to go it but unforchantly due to personal reasons I couldnt go ahead and i appologise for not getting back to people.

 

I am now ready to go ahead with the course and need 10 people at least and I think the price was about £100.

 

I have 3 people ready to do this.

 

The course was to be held with surry nptc I will pm the people that contacted me to see if they want to do it and arrange a date.
