Was woried about pulling the loader fork out the ground if the angle was too steep. Put some tension on if first and could see it moving. And I only had 1 section of ladder with me:001_tt2:

you should have turned the tractor and put the weight block down and chokered a big strop round it, or just pulled it over with the tractor. lol

There was enough wheel marks it the field already don't think the farmer Would have been too happy.

Thats one of the lads I work with. He's a very good climber and will only ask now and again where a branch needs to be drawn back to.

The tree behind the broken one is split as well and when i looked this morning is now on the ground. The broken one is still sitting on the good tree. So i guess we will be using the tractor and my Makita 7900 fsirly soon

 

We have this one to deal with in Alness the stump in the bottom pic is one that did the same last winter, More pics to follow.
