Hi all

Anyone had problems with fuel getting from the tank to the fuel filter on these machines. The chipper has 4 hours done was working fine all day and last thing this evening we started it and its just not getting fuel. Ive tried blowing down the fuel line to get the fuel to flow and it works for a moment then stops. HELP!:confused1:

you need to drain the tank on your chipper , then clean it out and check to see if there is an in tank filter fitted , once doing this put the tank back onto the chipper -then change all other fuel filters and see if the problem is still there . if so then check to see if a breather is blocked- if there is one

Is it a new machine?

If its more than a couple of years old yo may have cracked fuel line between the filter & tank, easy to replace, only costs under a tenner if you buy the hose from a decent garage.

You wont see the cracks as they are under the braiding/hose covering, but they suck air &the engine wont run right if at all.
