Good call or not?

I was called to a Sycamore couple of weeks back, customer saying it had shed a limb. I got there to look and the customer had already had the TO down (conservation area), who said the tree was healthy, just needed some light limb reduction.

 

I looked, found this;

 

various brackets at the base

Nowt wrong with that Pete.

 

You could have left it till it was paper thin then got Skyhuck in to climb it :001_tongue:

 

I've had similar experiences with non climbing TO's, who have said nothing wrong with the tree/s this involved six sycamores / horsechestnuts / brown poles with a big green wavy thing ontop, whatever you want to call them. :001_smile:
