the lantra ticket is simply a certificate of attendance, it just states that you turned up each day. you get one regardless of how good or bad you are,

some lantra tickets (like woodchippers) are referred to as ITA's (integrated training and assessment), and you only get these if you meet the standard.

Hi, Congrats on passing the CS30.

When I did my CS30/31 the tests where all done at the same time. Did you do your course in the UK or in the Netherlands?

I would have thought the people that done your CS30 would be able to sort out your 31.

The Lantra awards are recognised, and are better than nothing, but to progress your really gonna need to get your 31. I would book the training and the test again, take everything real slow, just make sure all your cuts are accurate, and try to get some extra practice in if you can. Make sure you know the questions perfectly - theres nothing wrong with just learning them word for word - the answers are there for you so use them. This puts you off to a good start and gives you a little more leeway with the practical. Good luck.

if you know what you did wrong, and you don't need additional training to pass your cs31, contact your nearest NPTC assessment centre, and organise the assessment direct.
