Hi Peter

I havent done any Tree work but have done a lot of physical graft outside, labouring and the likes,

I also spent months lifting and building sacks equivelant weight to the big cement bags from ground level up to 10ft heights ,so im not afraid of a bit of hard graft.

Thanks for the advice

if you spike often then what happens is you body pics its favourite pattern.

this goes for everything - running, walking etc.

the way we stand and spikes we are building up strength in certain areas - hip flexors, glutes, quads etc. if we don't stretch often then this makes our muscles tighter. having stiff hips will cause back problems. and having stiff glutes you will also prob have stiff IT bands ( Iliotibial band syndrome - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )

Having a stiff it band is what most climbers prob have and it pulls on the KNEE

you see it all the time in climber - the monkey man walk due to really strong glutes and stiff hips /it bands etc

Best thing to do is stretch when you can
