Larch Plantation for sale Cornwall

New on here so hope I am allowed to post this....

 

I have a three acre mature larch plantation in Cornwall that I would like to market. It has just be found to be free of Phytopthera and hence is without restriction. I'm not sure on its value and would welcome any thoughts on how and where to market and valueit - standing/felled etc...

Normally I would recommend companies like John Clegg but given the small acreage and the fact it is in Cornwall you will get far more for it as a Hobby plot then what it is commercially worth so just google woodlands and you will come up with loads of hobby woodland sites at rediculous high prices.

The wood is in the Glynn Valley near Bodmin. I will probably sell the land after removing the larch as I expect the value to be affected by the likelihood of phytopthera. There is a fair amount of naturally generated beech etc as well in there so removing the larch shouldn't leave it too bare.....
