A friend of mine who did the kingswood course as part of his resettlement training a few months ago, brought some kit and clothing from your company. he recommended to keep an eye out for you when I do my courses...:thumbup1:

Looking forward to it, do you take plastic:001_smile::001_smile:

Just to back up what your mate said, I've only had good experiences with Jonesie & Co: very helpful, reliable, good advice, and competitive prices.

I don't normally blow smoke up people's arses but I have also contacted some other firms to get kit quotes and not been particularly impressed. That's not to say there aren't good alternatives out there but I'd certainly recommend having a chat with Jonesie before you check elsewhere.

Hi Tony

I like the use of the rigging plate.

does using that small bear paw wear into the bridge more than the smaller gold Ring S, attachment ring, being thinner

I've been using the small riggin plate for almost a year now. Still on the same bridge for my dragonfly and the bridge and plate are wearing nicely. The benefits of the plate are that it lets you hang your saw on your rope and not on your harness so you dont feel the extra weight. Plus obviously extra attachment points.

I am looking at the Austria Duo 3, the treemotion and the new EKN sportlight, which is an adpation of the kolibri, done by Fletcher stewart, isit worth saving the pennies, getting the sequoia, i know it' s personal preferences, just that a saving of £50 means i could by a rigging plate and a swivel to go on that bridge, which is a great idea. Every one raves on the TM, but i just doubt the build quality. Hmmm decisions decisions.
