This may seem like an odd post but i remember that someone on here a while back posted information on the legal side of opening a track for quads ,4x4 and moto x ,what were after is how easy is it to get permission to do this,or is it a non starter, the idea is people pay a fee and have time on a track,as there is nowhere down our way to do this it sounds like a good idea, any info would be much appreciated cheers DB.

I tried opening a moto-x track, you are allowed 14days riding without planning permission. Anyone and everyone complains about the noise, just because they can i think. Which is why there are hardly any tracks around. Most race tracks dont have planning permission but are only used for 14 days a year.

Landrake and fraddon are the only ones i know down in cornwall, none of them have planning.

Cheers buddy it was just a thought,we were going to get a couple of bikes to use our selves but then the idea of earning some money from it sounded good,i figured wed get complaints but you get that with any motor sport, thanks for the advice cheers.
