Poplar Job

I had 80 Poplar trees next to the M50 to remove at the end of June. They were felled due to the size and proximity to the motorway. I hired a tracked Vermeer BC100XL which when working was awesome, although unfortunately the hire company decided to try and kill it before giving it to us!! I had Theocus (David Shephard) on board and we bashed it out in 8 days. Enjoy the pics!!:thumbup:

lots of photos there and are very nice, did the chipper ever overheat? because we have vermeer at work and overheats alot, also what happened to all the wood?

Yeah it did overheat a few times but that was because the hire company put the wrong hydraulic oil in it!! The wood is sitting till now as the company that wanted it went into liquidation, :-(!!! U want it?

thanks for the offer but we took down 20 popular trees about a month ago and we are still ringing it up and splitting
