asking a question to do with the law to do with ariel rescue as with some jobs theres not enough money to pay for another climber so was wondering could i use my daughter as she is a quilified rock climbing instructur she has had to perform rescues on cliff faces so theoryeticly she could rescue up a tree sorry for been long winded

the wya i always think of it if someones ont he ground and cant rescue then how would they feel wacthing someone potential die up a tree.

But, I agree, the price should be sufficient to employ suitable staff, rescuers or not, anythign else is just undercutting those that do stick to the HSE and employment guidelines.

realy? so why has everyone got a misconception then? ive never met anyone whos said otherwise.

i understand what you are saying about price on job but what iam saying is ive got a 25ft ash about 12inch butt take down and leave on site easy job price at 250 3hrs work tops and no other work to go on to as customer is only there this saturday

i would of though that at least one of the ground crew should hold cs38 so if the worse does come to the worse you have someone there to get him down etc

well if your worried then take a groundy that can fell small trees , at least that way if you do get into trouble he can fell the tree but make sure he leaves a big hinge lol
