  1. looking for a compact tractor need to run a 6 inch chipper now and then plus log splitter plus small flail any idears i donot have a large area to store in so proper tractor not the best rearly

  10. asking a question to do with the law to do with ariel rescue as with some jobs theres not enough money to pay for another climber so was wondering could i use my daughter as she is a quilified rock climbing instructur she has had to perform rescues on cliff faces so theoryeticly she could rescue up a tree sorry for been long winded

  16. as mentoned before the boys at vosa said any probs with o license give them a call and they will help out its good to get them on side at the start dont u think theystarted this all off as they were ribbing me over the transit and chipper on their site

    this has more than likely been coverd Ive been working on a vosa mot inspectionsite and asked the question about 7.5 tonners and they say because i took test in 88 that i have c1e d1e on license that can drive said vehicle with trailler as long as not over 12 tonnes in totalall i have to do is 35 hours of cpc by 2014 which is a no pass no fail not bad
  19. treequip like your thinking talked to the man in vosa and he said my license covers me up to 12 tonnes in total all i have to do is 35 hrs cpc by 2014 job done seen a 1999/2000 iveco for 2k
  20. no problems with shortening chassie love welding stuff
  21. do the dafs come in different lenghs short or longwheel base as im only looking for chassie cab and then i can build on to that
  22. like the daf idear what about putting winch on front and small crane hiab
  23. what would be the best 7.5 tonner and then best way to set up ie tool box chip box any idears would be helpfull

    yes left it sit for 2 weeks still had some fuel just topped up and went to work will try what tom says and thank you for your help
