No, actualy the danes BOK came about from a tree which one i cant remember but basicaly book is a derivative of the danish bok which was a thin "cleaved" section of this tree and used as a tablet, will try to find the source.

Bok is the swedish word for book and beech.

Only the pale likeness in bottles, there are however some most excellent microbreweries here and some make most acceptable IPA's and their versions of ESB but I brew a mean ESB clone thanks to the late David Line. Not wanting to derail but I'm a child of the late 70's who worked behind the bar at the Barley Mow St Albans...ales ain't ales to me.

Nice phot's David.

Me and Stevie have been so inspired by your dedicated and enthuistic approach to the subject and study of Fungii, we were inspired and indeed moved into producing a Video or mini production of our own little Fungi hunting monkeyd/Hama inspired foray

We are currently editing our production to ensure top quality content for you to peruse and behold.

We will soon release said production
