Think my computer has got a virus it keeps coming up with pop us and wont let me open anything other than firefox and itunes Ive got avg antivirus thing and it wont let me open it to scan and get rid of it. It then tells me im not coverd by a anti virus and would I like to buy it. Obvious scam I know

 

so is there anything I can do, I had this once before but didnt have anti virus Now i have and its back and my anti virus is doing nothing?

if you're lucky you may be able to fix this by doing a system restore if you have this set up on your computer...just revert your settings back to a week prior, or whenever you starting getting this problem. its worked for me before

 

Only happend today or last night.

 

Where can I find the system restore button?
