Just wondering why your boss cares if he has an nd.

 

If he's a thief and a liar then I wouldn't him employee regardless of his qualifications.

 

Maybe he's as cunning as a cunning fox that's just awarded master of cunning at oxford university.:laugh1:

as far as i'm aware edexcel are the only exam board for a betec ND arb, i may be wrong & ask that any1 on the forum who has done an ND dig out their cert & check, posting the answer. If it is so then just ring edexcel & qive them his name & dob and they can tell you no probs, have done it before to verify peoples quals.

Think this is an issue for yr boss really..... with all due respect. Had he recruited in the correct manner and maybe taken references then perhaps this would not have happened.

edexcel in england and SQA in scotland sounds bout right.

this may sound stupid. i have just completed a NC in Arb and i got a certificate to say that got a merit in it. i assume you will get a certificate for an ND in Arb aswell, so ask to see his certificate
