Here is a mental concept for the reason why Landscapers do tree work and tree surgeons do landscaping - It brings in money and they enjoy it. wow i know thats out there but it might be true

 

i started out doing only trees got my nptc tickets then my isa cert arb but i kept getting asked to do landscaping work ( i had done lots of ground maintenance work in previous jobs) so i just do abit of both to the highest standard i can,i really enjoy the diversity of it all, i carry the proper insurance and have a large client base, i really dont see the problem that people have with this:confused1:

 

If we are talking poor work standards that landscapers leave trees in well ive seen "professional arborists" leave trees in a terrible state and landscapers working to the BS3998 book.

You should really have cs30 and cs31 for working on the ground and cs38 and cs39 for up the tree as a minimum.
