have you thought about stripping them and having them galvanised so they match the chassis???? might look good.

They are galv ones kev, just thay have a bit of paint on them (I didnt clean them:drunk:). Not that clear on the pic.

Yes thanks, sorry not been in touch - it's been mental at the mo

 

Hoping to start putting new big ends and main bearings in the 110 this weekend and get it ready for testing, 130 needs a bit replacing on transfer linkage and then to cap it off the disco snapped an alternator belt yesterday

Wow! Just realised how long its been since i posted any pics of the V8. Trouble is im having trouble loading pics for some reason. Only managed to get this one up;

The old girl is now on the road but I guess as always, lots still to do!

 

Couple of the most visible bits to do are get the canvas altered to fit round the middle doors, then paint all the doors when i get some full size fronts.

 

The fronts that are on at the moment are some i managed to pick up from a guy who i bought the rear tailgate from. They do the job for the moment, but do look a bit odd, especially with full size mid ones!

 

I will post more pics........when i manage to!
