Be careful out there!

After a 9.30-5.30 day in the sun and drinking about 3 litres. I've ended the day with mild heat exhaustion. And mild sunburn!

 

I was chipping a brash pile accumulated over 6 months. A full day and it's still needing a few hours tomorrow morning!

 

Just a message to say make sure you drink more than enough and if you feel tired have a minute!

same here last wednesday i drank over 4 litres when i climbed all day and was still thirsty by the end of the day. always make sure you have loads of water and suncream in the vehicle in this weather

laddo had day off sick thursday, throwin up etc, either from heat or fumes from hedge trimmers, or both, he was sat in the sun all dinnertime + working all day in sun, need to drink before you get thirsty, or maybe he wanted a day off in the sun with his bird? hmm

Now, if he was an employee , Ed, I would advise sun cream, plenty of water, and rest breaks, and aspen petrol etc.

 

If its your little brother, then then kick his arse, and tell him not to be so gay, and get on with it.
