brave man, will do wonders for you and it will really help keep inuries down i bet.

 

Cold water is great for you. The victorian created tidal baths because they knew/thought it was good for the joints, and apparently a lot of doctor types are looking back at that sort of thing and agreeing with them. It is surprising how warm it makes you feel, and how much clearer your head is afterwards!

 

having said that I have taken a few days of in the winter before... :blushing:

 

 

All I will say is try it. Find a pool somewhere and just jump in! Its great for kids as well, and if you are a clever sort can be rather romantic too :thumbup1: (not with children... obviously. :001_huh:)
