anyone ever used 1 ? weve got 1 in tommorow for our collected amount of stumps

grand, are they pretty fast wi the stumps ?

A great machine with good teeth, doesnt like wet soil and the two ive used have been a bit un reliable but eat stumps when they work well

Depends what you have used previosly to compare it to.

 

Carlton 7015 with Sandvic wheel is twice as fast.

 

Smaller Rayco or vermeer is half as fast.

Ditto that on the wet soil.

Ditto what the others say, good all round generally. And narrow!

 

As for visibility, depends if its remote control. Manual valve is a bit difficult to see but managable.

the ones I’ve used have been remote control so vis excellent seen the carlton before and if I was in the market for a self propelled grinder would be the one id buy

Think wet soil slows most grinders, more noticable on the hydaulic drive machines as you don't get the full engine torque.
