All depends on how much you want to spend, the top ones ( zing it, dynaglide etc) are expensive for a reason, you dont want to buy a really cheap one and regret not spending the extra tenner that could really help your throwlining.

 

For flip lines, theres lots out there but theres no massive difference between brands you can get very cheap ones off of treeworker which look fairly well made, if not id say any yale/new england etc one will do fine.

50m-60m zing it all the way. 10oz weight throwbags x2(3 is ideal for attached one if need for extra weight. can also pull of other end of line but 3 is a bounus).

 

flip line i suggest 10mm-11mm climbing line 3.5m lenghtish, and trango cinch as this is easy to adjust and can be used for single line also.
