I agree, I doubt they could have grown that way from the beginning. The shoots tell a tale with their sudden 'whoops, it's getting a bit wobbly out here lads, let's go back' upward and inward turning.

i reckon those branches used to be with in the crown and just got to big and heavy and fell down, simples.

 

brilliant. i hadnt learnt anything yet today and was beginning to wonder wether it was even worth me gettin up, then Stevie Blair comes out with some more wisdom.:lol:

i was out with the family playing with a boomerang tony, then a huge seafood meal in the house, mt puter is running so slow it just frustrates me trying to look through the forum, it gets better the later it gets:confused1:maybe not as many users in my area:001_smile:
