decided to repair and respray chipper which was preventative measures till we took it apart and started with the grinder

it was a strip down to see how bad it was all the base was good mainly side and front panels that had litterly rotted away though they looked in ok condition before but in the panels they had rockwool which had been damp and rotted from the inside had it done whilst i went skiing

no did not strip that far as bearing were done about 80 hrs ago my mate did most i stripped down and rebuilt and helped as much as poss and i supplied the hob nobs

your mates done areally good job, I replaced the boss and i had to replace the nose on the shaft. Did he spray the pannels in 2 pac or was it powder coated?
