Just found out that this wee place is on my new doorstep.

Supposedly an 8oo year old Oak was the victim of arson last week.

Will check it out in a few weeks and let you know whats in there.

Scenic Suffolk: Aspal Close

.

Oh heck, another place on the to do list!

Do you know its a strange thing, but I was totaly not interested in fungi that day, it has been on my mind for a long time that G.carnosum, but it seemed to matter not.:001_cool:

This place has made me seriously consider another journey, this time history and culture of trees as opposed to the fungi-centric.

Had a spiritual experience in there, a simply divine spot.

Im no hippy but you cant doubt the energy of that place, grew up 5 miles from there, remember goin there as a 6 yr old and bein in total awe of the place.its magic!if your goin again give us a shout, would love to get re aquainted with the place
