it's 14 acres in all, this is only the top end.. the real shame is that's the only access, so there's no way of getting wood out...

 

Can you not get a quad bike and trailer in? may be a slow way of getting lots of timber out but it works

here's todays video,, it doesn't show "what happened..

 

but re the vid... it was last weds and i had a funny feeling,,, the only way i can describe is like this..

 

if you are surfing in water where there "may" be sharks,,, most of the time you'll be fine,, but once in a while you get a "funny feeling" i listen to them,, i then get out of the water.... usually i then see a fin....

 

same last weds,, was not happy in the tree, found decay in the bottom of this one and didn't want to climb it.. felled it instead... cleaning up today this is what was inside..
