It was a far more audience friendly event this year, and that zip-line in the work climb added an extra wow factor for sure. A big  to all of you competing, and the organisers who made it all tick.

Here's a few shots I posted on the Capel thread as a little taster of this comp, for those who travelled a long way so they could see what they missed. I think the grand finale of the relay team event was a cracking idea, and seemed to pull in the crowds. Top quality event, and one to put into your diaries for next year if you havent been.

Cool, looked a big work climb or is that normal in the uk??

That zipline looked fun and something different for a work climb.

Its quite unique in some sences as we start at the bottom of the tree unlike the isa-tcc's which are on much bigger trees and start at the top. The zipline was great fun to do but also very hard work re-connecting at the end of the climb.

Is there a time limit? for the work climb, the one i compete in (nz regional) has a time of 5mins and you start at the top.

Not that im aware of its about the quickest time + best score yes. But mainly you have your own run and your own time is recorded personal goals i think mine was to do it in less than 12mins i did it in 10.04mins so well chuffed.
