Finally got time do some carving again :biggrin:

 

First is an Oak Shell. Started this last month but didn’t get round to sanding it till now.

 

Second is a Larch Abstract kind of inspired by Simons drapery pic's, obviously know where near as good but good fun having a play again. :001_smile:

it will be for sale once ive finised oiling it.

 

I am not loaded but im sure i can work a weekend to raise the money for it, would dearly love that in the garden, with a few foxgloves and ferns planted close by.

nice carving there.

 

Can`t think i have seen one but an acorn carved out of oak would be a bit interesting, or a fir cone from fir

 

a conker from horse chestnut

 

liking the shell alot
