i do my vat return on quickbooks....takes me about 2 minutes every quarter...that includes the laborious task of filling in the form with one of those biro things

hi guys what things can you claim back being self employed? i'am self employed and whatever i earn i deduct 20% from it for my tax and put it in to a different bank account, am i doing the right thing?

yep the 20% thing is a good thing to do although you probably wont end up paying that much......thats a whole different discussion though:001_smile:

Why dont you file it on line? Its quick simple & you get repayments faster too. Oh & you get an extra week to get it done.
