Thats right i was actually involved in tree surgery work today :w00t:

To be perfectly honest, never been to keen on the whole tree surgeons image of going round a little old ladies house and drinking tea, i would rather knock over big hardwoods and play with rusty forwarders all day

But....

im sooo looking forward to doing my CS38 and 39 in the next couple of months time

and today i was helping (brash bitch) a tree surgeon out, and i actually enjoyed myself!

Pruning an Ash, a big birch and dismantling a Western Red Cedar

The only thing i really have liked the look of in climbing in the rigging and lowering side, and guess what first time helping out a climber and some of that was in there too, very basic only a small isc pulley, a strop, rope and some karabiners, but was good experience.

Wish the phone on my camera worked, but i guess even if i did show you pics you lot would be like meh i do that every day :P

Anyway i had fun
