I'm almost positive... hiv positive that it's the crank seals. I have experienced the same thing on ms200t.

This thread is 13 years old but yeah.

Another cause of lean condition at different angles can be the fuel tank just being slightly too empty and/or the filter and line not moving freely inside of it. Not really a thing on the 200T with a moulded line though.
