so far weve been to faversham, boxley and cobham:thumbup1:, were now looking for some more climbing/shovel throwing places to visit, anyone in the south east have any sites for us to visit and a have a meet up?

the trees dont need to be huge just worthy of a days climb, also close to any pubs and be able to tolerate idiots from the south east:thumbup:

What would people feel about doing it somewhere on public land? - Epping Forest say. Off the paths a bit where people won't really notice....

Judging by the videos of the last meet mate, you'll get noticed alright :laugh1::thumbup1:

Virginia Water and Windsor Great Park! Both within a train ride from London. There are some great trees. Plenty of nice Beeches and some other rarer trees at Virginia water. Can't say much about Great park as I have not been. But I am told there are plenty of good oaks...

Also its quite a large place so more scope for getting a bit further from the main paths..
