Spoiler: This is chinese chipper - problems to be expected.

I needed a chipper that has a no-stress as I am bit tired (especially my shoulders) of feeding the branches to chipper by hand, I need to get often to tight spaces or places with wet soft or sloppy terrain, thus any kind of self propeled machine would be great, tracks preferred. However with such a machine a weight gets up and price too... this one seems cheaper, but the time will show if this was a good choice.

Here is my journey with this machine:

I am not yet very far with this to have a final conclusion. I've just started with it and still hope it will pay off.

Hmm.. sounds worrying!

I had been meaning to go and trial a Power-up unit, at MDL in Carlisle, in the absence of any useful user feedback on here..

I spoke to one Scottish landscaper who still liked his unit, after a year.

So I travelled up to the Carlisle yard and saw their demo unit, but there wasn't any branches available for a working trial, that time.

Whilst the tracking controls seemed rather counter intuitive, it actually otherwise appeared to be a fairly well thought out design(!), with the option of a Loncin engine instead of B&S powered version.

I think a year of hard work is the only way to get a clue to it's performance.

It makes a very good value for money offering, on paper only, perhaps!?

Keep us posted with your progress, please?
