Hi Can anyone give me some insite into what climbing boots are good for a newbe.. I am going to start a 10 week tree surgery course in april and need some advice on what boots are good and also what trousers to buy for protection??? Any advice would be Great!

Ones that fit are the best ones! each to there worn on these, trousers either Hiflex or stretchairs, boots what ever fits your feet and wallet really.

Haix boots (protector pro) if you can afford with stihl hi-flex kex, my haix's are so comfy im still wearing them now. obviously try them out first if you have shop local..

elton boots and basic stihl or husky tousers. o if you want to look the part and spend big bucks get stretch air boots and trousers, will set you back between £350-£400.

speak to some of the companies that advertise on the side, they will look after you

i use hiax pro light and there on offer at HB. But as is said the best boot is one that fits.
