Etesia pbts

Hello can anyone help I have a faulty part on my etesia pbts it's part of the pull recoil it's the part that connects to a wheel with two arms that open out when you pull cord has anybody got the proper name for it so I can order it I have all part numbers for this mower but don't know what it's called thanks

Have a photo? Your describing the starter pawls, which could also be called a one way clutch or free wheel, but you dont say which is broken?

Google tells me this mower has a LH and RH freewheels, I dont know if that is something seperate to the starter mechanism

Find out what engine is on the mower and search for a recoil starter for it.

 

You might be able to buy individual parts, or the whole shebang.
