Only one that I’ve noticed but I’m not taking the risk. If it’s gunking one up, why wouldn’t it be gunking three up?

It might not be causing the issue. As I said the vid looks like its oiling as it should. If the chain isn't constantly getting slack  and the chain doesn't look dry then its probably ok. I would still expect some splatter of oil off the end of the bar though.

Finished the Stihl 220 battery. Not a drop used (besides what I did with the cover off). No fling, groove and drivers dry. Warm nose sprocket. Twatting twat.

It's like it's got flow when you look at it with the side cover off but no pressure because it can't push any out as soon as you put the bar (besides the oil hole) over it.

What happens if you attach bar with no chain and run, can you see oil in the groove?

I can see oil. This is really weird. With such a tiny bar, you dont need loads of oil, that should be fine.

How old is the bar? Have you pinched the nose and bearings? Does the nose run freely? Have you tried ‘priming’ it by soaking the nose in oil and filing the bar groove with oil? Use a thin oil but not WD40 which can strip the nose of grease.

16" 3/8 picco (the wider gauge one). Nose is fine. Ran the nose through a bath of oil. Didn't prime the whole bar. Nor should I have to. Like you say, weird.

It's a relatively big bar for the saw but it's always oiled before (usually about three quarters of a tank to a battery), right up until I used three or four tanks of this bio shit. I paintbrush dust or airline the oil cap before filling most of the time. I stay sharp so don't create fine dust. I blow the whole thing out every ten or fifteen batteries. Bar has probably only done four or five chains.
