INEXPERIENCED CLIMBER looking for first opportunity

I am 32 and I am Italian. I have been travelling around NZ, Australia and Canada over the last 7 years working mainly for plant nurseries and in the landscaping industry (above all ecological restoration).
I have found my "happy place" when surrounded by trees and I would love to step into the arboriculture industry. I am eager to learn this profession and have a big passion for trees and plants.
As my first move into this industry (and to increase my chances to find a job opportunity), I have just completed a  "tree climbing certification course (promoted by FORMAZIONE 3T here in Turin). It allowed me to learn some good basics about safe climbing and I got some valuable skills.
Over the last month I reached out to many arborists back home with the hope to flank a team or an expert in this field, where to observe and practice as much as possible.  It seems a bit more complicated than I thought and I have decided to consider "different routes".
I was wondering if by any chance anybody is looking for an inexperienced tree climbers to grow within a team and learn every aspect of this profession.
I know I am missing lots of qualifications (chainsaw, aerial rescue, MEWP, tree felling, etc) but I have to begin somewhere: maybe even as a "groundie"? Basically I am just looking for an opportunity!
I do speak English and just a tiny bit of French (which can be improved with some effort). I am kind of fluent in Spanish.
I consider myself a very adaptable, proactive and pragmatic person. I am willing to move anywhere in EU for the right opportunity.

Tips and suggestions are always welcome!

I wish you all the best. SEE YOU ON THE TREES!

Companies in the UK are always looking for groundies who are willing to work, and there's great learning opportunities that come with it if you find the right crew. Generally speaking, you can either fund your own tickets and climbing kit to 'fast track' your career, or have the company gradually fund your training and provide kit (which, in return, likely comes with a lower rate of pay). Not sure what the work visa situation is like for Italians since Brexit.

Your background is similar to mine, so feel free to send me a message. I wish you luck at the start of your arb career!

If you are interested in moving to Ireland I may be able to help.

I am currently looking to expand my small business and require someone willing to take up a multi skilled role.

Our work is a mix of arb, landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture and firewood production. Your previous plant nursery experience may come in useful here.

We are based in co. Galway, on the western side of the country.

Training can be provided as part of the job if necessary.

Feel free to message me directly on here for further information.
