Climbing boots

I’ve got a set of these

Meindl Airstream Chainsaw Boots from the UK's leading Arborist supply company, Honey Brothers tree surgery and...

I’ve had them for 12 months, still keeping the water out (mostly) and the sole hasn’t started to peal yet.

 

They’re as light as you’ll get for a climbing boot with chainsaw protection, and I’ve been really impressed with how well they’ve lasted-confident I’ll get another winter out of them at least. 

Scarfel lite’s last well (imo) but aren’t the most comfortable, plus they’re not light. I had the Andrews Cervino XP before these, nice and light but knackered within 6 months, never again!

A friend had these thought for him.  He should have had ground boots as he isn’t a climber.

 

they do look pretty good though.  Fairly light and holding up well to ground work.
