Eucalyptus tree..what to do?

seems silly to take it down coz it has 4 outward leaning stems, eucs are pretty strong but do have the tendancy to drop limbs out the blue. personally id reduce the tree maybe not to much but just pull it in and monitor it. i dont think every time there is a tree leaning towards a house or a wall then we should remove it. im also pretty sure there is no evidence that roots can break through concrete or bricks im pretty sure it exploits fractures in them.

Eucs can and often are coppiced, this keeps the tree under control and gives the highly decorative colour and new penny shaped foliage highly prized by floral arangers

it is has got a nice shape at moment and if i porune it i will have to take a lot off to make it worth while. I don't want it to grow back ugly and thick as the costumer likes it the way it is.
