Just wondering if anyone out there has brought any cheap chains off e-bay? i got 2 for £10 for my little ms 180 i use it alot for hedge laying so thought i would give them a try, they seemed ok, very basic design and the cutter angle was very sharp which made it quite a hand full, i squared of the cutters which made it alot smoother and they held there edge very well:thumbup:. but they both snapped within a week! they were called archer and made in oz. would be intrested to know if anyone has had a similar experiance?

is it cheap or expensive rubbish

i personally will only buy chain by a few brands

sandvick

oregon

had too much stretch issues and blunting as chain too soft or breaking so will only use quality now and as it lasts longer i think it,s cheaper and safer

looks like a good price:thumbup: do arbtalk members get a discount:thumbup1:

Not on those prices I'm afraid, I've done this to compete with the firms that seem to pop up from nowhere and working from there homes with no overheads.

We are now the cheapest in the UK:thumbup:

Hey,

Would you be able to sort out a delivery price to Ireland too?

I'd take note of your company if you would send them over the pond....
